A small church that intends to stay knowable
Grace Chapel began in 2016 with nine people, a coffee pot, and a conviction that church should be small enough for people to be known. We're a non-denominational congregation on Center Street in Conyers, made up of retirees and young families, folks who've been in church their whole lives and folks who walked away and are cautiously walking back. We believe the Bible, we take communion together, and we try to be honest about the parts of faith that are hard. If you're carrying doubt, bring it with you — it's welcome here.

What we hold to
Simple convictions that shape how we gather and how we treat our neighbors.
Grace first
Nobody earns their way in. We start every Sunday from the assumption that God's welcome came before our good behavior — and we try to extend the same to each other.
Scripture, plainly taught
We preach through whole books of the Bible so we can't skip the uncomfortable parts. No hype, no guilt, no fifteen-point outlines.
A church for Rockdale County
Our pantry, our youth room, and our building exist for the neighborhood, not just the membership roll. If you live here, this church is for you.
Small on purpose
When we outgrow this room, we'd rather help start another small church than build a bigger one. Being known matters more to us than being big.
